New to running in Ann Arbor? These local programs and coaches can help you get started safely and build a lasting habit.
5k, half and full marathon, and individual training programs available.
Prices determined by email inquiry. Work one-on-one with an experienced running coach.
Spring, Summer, and Fall programs. Meets Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 7am. Location: AARC 209 S Ashley St.
Not offered during winter semesters. Requires University of Michigan affiliation (student, alumni, faculty, or staff).
For University of Michigan students only. Sign up for each session individually. Available Fridays: 1:00–2:00pm, 1:45–2:45pm, 2:30–3:30pm, 3:15–4:15pm.
Focused on rehabilitation, strengthening and flexibility training, and gait evaluation by a licensed physical therapist.
